According to Yvonne Ridley, who spoke at Vanderbilt University on Jan. 17th, of the approximately 60,000 immigrants and refugees living in Davidson County, Tennessee, about one third (or 20,000) are Muslims who have settled in Nashville. The Ridley speech was sponsored by the Islamic Center of Nashville and the Muslim Student Association at Vanderbilt. Both organizations have roots in Islamic fundamentalism (see here and here) and both seem anxious to portray Islam to the rest of the community as a religion of peace, tolerance and pluralism. more...

Dear rebecca,
You are very selective in picking and choosing what I said at Vanderbilt and what I have written and spoken elsewhere.
I find it very sad that your only apparent source of reference is Wikipedia - this is not only lazy journalism and the sign of an amateur writer, but you must seek corroboration and clarification.
Please feel free to contact me any time in the future should you wish to do a proper, indepth and accurate article.
You should also be more open and honest about your affiliations, support and membership - and then new readers can get a better understanding of your motivation.
Kindest regards
Yvonne Ridley

Dear Yvonne,
Now that you mention it, there is something I should have included in what you said at Vanderbilt and that was your remark that homosexuals who receive Islamic punishment for their homosexuality "must have wanted to get caught" since it takes four eye witnesses to the act to merit judgment. Somehow, I doubt that is the case.
Sincerely,
Rebecca Bynum

You perhaps should announce to the world, Rebecca, that you are not a Muslim. So your affiliation, to satisfy the yvonne-ridleys of this world, is that of belonging to the category of non-Muslims. And, furthermore, your "motivation" has been provided by what you have discovered, upon reading and studying, about Islam.
That's enough. That's more than enough.

Anon.
Although the content of what you side was fairly informative. I would have to agree and say that it was very biased, in a way that showed Yvonne in a negative light. Reporting is strictly meant to be from an objective 3rd person view point, but i think there was definatley a hidden agenda in your article. I personally believe you have a clear dislike for islam, and you've made that very evident in the way that you've written.

Dear Yvonne, You are a complete lunatic! There is simply no other way I can describe someone who seems to have made a conscious decision to adopt the most radical interpretation of Islam possible and defend every barbaric act performed in its name.

Dear Anon,
You're right. I don't believe in Islam. I don't believe Muhammad was a prophet or thatIslam is the will of God. In fact,I think Islam is the biggest fraud ever perpetuated on the human race and I think people who help to promote that fraud should be seen for what they are. Yvonne Ridley is a traitor to her sex and a traitor to mankind.
That is my opinion and I believe I am still entitled to it. America is not yet in thrall to Shari'a.

Islam's message is to destroy all states and governments anywhere on the face of the Earth which are opposed to the ideology and programme of Islam regardless of the country or the nation which rules it. The purpose of Islam is to set up a state on the basis of its own ideology and programme, regardless of which nation assumes the role of the standard bearer of Islam or the rule of which nation is undermined in the process of the establishment of an ideological Islamic state. It must be evident that the objective of Islamic 'Jihad' (armed struggle) is to eliminate the rule of an un-Islamic system and establish in its stead an Islamic system of state rule. Islam does not intend to confine this revolution to a single state or a few countries; the aim of Islam is to bring about a universal revolution.”
Furthermore, anybody in the world, with faith or without faith, must come together in order to eradicate this cancer from the body of humanity, Israel. We are ever grateful to the late Imam Khomeini for starting this occasion, namely the Jerusalem Day because the world . . . must never forget Jerusalem, must never forget Jerusalem. For us Muslims, Jerusalem is the mother of faith. Jerusalem is in our hearts and minds. Jerusalem is the cornerstone to our Islamic nation. Those who are prepared to sell Jerusalem do not represent us, do not speak for us. Those who resist, those who fight, those who perform jihad(martyrdom) against Zionism are the true representatives of the Palestinians, and all the Muslims regarding the Palestinian issue.
Do you know why Tony Blair, George Bush, and all the members of this camp are so worried? They are worried because they know the world can see clearly today that Israel is a menace, is a threat to humanity. They can no longer fool anybody and they are worried that this spoiled baby of theirs is about to be thrown out of this human body of ours. Allah –u-Akbar.
It is just a matter of time. You count my words and you remember these words. It is a matter of time, as they were removed from south Lebanon because of the great jihad of Hezbollah; and as they are removed from Gaza because of the great jihad of Hamas and Islamic jihad this black chapter in the history of humanity will eventually come to an end-- and we say, we say we are willing to bring it to an end peacefully. But if they don’t want peace, we have another language, we have another language, and we have every right to use that language and time will tell and history will tell.

The bedouin prophet of Islam mohammad said:“I have been made victorious with terror". [Bukhari: 4.52. 220]
This provides clear evidence that MOHAMMAD was a TERRORIST. His terrorism is quite clear in the suicide operations carried out by Muslims against others. Mohammad raped women, pillaged properties that belonged to others, had sex all kinds of women, killed, had sex with his daughter-in-law and had sex with Aisha at the age of nine. He was a pedophile. Is this the prophet to be emulated?
Our Lord Jesus said: "You, be alert for false prophets who come to you dressed as sheep but inside are rapacious wolves. By their fruitage you will know them! No one ever gathers grapes from thorns or figs from thistles! Thus, every good tree bears good fruitage, but rotten trees, wicked fruitage. No good tree bears wicked fruitage, nor a rotten tree good fruitage. Every tree not bearing good fruitage is cut down and thrown into the Fire. And, so, from their fruitage you will know them. Not everyone saying to me, “Lord, Lord!” will enter the Heavenly Realm but the one doing the will of my heavenly Father. Many will say to me in The Day: “Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name? “And, in your name cast out demons? “And, in your name did many dynamic works?” And then I shall confess to them: “I never knew you! Get away from me, those working unlawfully!” [Matthew 7:15-23
Lord Jesus said:“[All of you], be alert for false prophets.” [Matthew 7:15
Lord Jesus said:“Many false prophets will rise and mislead many.” [Matthew 24:11
The Lord also said: “For many pseudo-anointed and false prophets will rise. They will give great signs and wonders so as to mislead, if possible, The Elect. Look! I have foretold everything!” [Mark 13:22, 23
When Jesus said: "...By their fruitage you will know them!" this was a clear indication that we need to scutinise the fuits of the psudo-prophet mohammad and realise how he managed to wreak havoc in the world and cause to misleading millions.
May Yvonne Ridley and all the misled followers of false prophet mohammad be overwhelemd by the mercy of Jesus and be extricated from the hell of the bedouin psudo-prophet mohammad. (Fulgente Antonio (

@ ANON To be loved you need to be lovable! I am sure that even sensible Muslims must be embarrassed by the posturing of this lady.If you analyse carefully, all her actions and talks reek of a dirty, cunning politician, who is hell bent on achieving power[whatever that is, in her twisted mind].
Her inexhaustible supply of hate for western culture is amazing. She is oblivious of the fact that it is this very culture, that allows freedom of speech, which enables her to spout her nonsense.I am no apologist for any culture, religion or race. But her 'holier than thou' attitude is sickening to say the least. Indeed she is well suited for the brand of Islam that she follows.

Every American should watch the video Islam: What the west should know. You can find it on netflix. Understand that Islam is not a religion and that they are not peaceful by any means, as proven in this video. If you think you know muslims it's only been whats been told to you by hearsay or the media. So educate yourself as you find the trueth behind muslims.
