Obama Birth Certificate Mystery Still Unresolved

Israel Insider has details here and here. It is being claimed that the certificate posted by the campaign may have been forged from that of his sister. It's all very strange and there may be nothing to it, but it's worth a look.

Is there any provision to verify that a Presidential candidate meets the requirements of the Constitution?

What government agency would have that responsibility? Who could compel the candidates to provide the necessary documentation? Has any candidate ever had to prove his age and place of birth?

Back in the primary season, the Clinton camp hinted that they had some "blockbuster" secret information about Obama, which was never released, and which we assumed was related to his familial Islamic background. But what if it was instead related to his eligibility?
