by Dave Gaubatz (June 2009)

Delivered to the NER Symposium in Nashville, TN. May 30, 2009.

During the last several months I have begun to witness a growing weakness from Americans whose job it is to protect our country and our children. Weakness from U.S. corporations such as Nashville’s Loews' Vanderbilt Hotel, is expected. The Islamic organizations have ties into many private companies and the management of this hotel knows they may face bad publicity from one of the phony non profit organizations supporting terrorism. Even this is a lame excuse and this hotel should be exposed and a lawsuit should be filed against them by the innocent Americans they offended.

cannot agree more. But we must start by voting out of office the weak legislators who give in to special interests instead of citizens.. It does not matter if they are Republicans or Democrats The Sharia law and the Terrorist will win if we let the legislators get away with violating our rights.

The perfect example is the recent vote in the state of Tennessee when legislators did their best to lure the people in adopting a so called  helpful bill that will allow the Tennessee plan to stay alive.

In !970 , A group of democrats and lawyers put together the Tennessee Plan . Judges were supposed to be selected instead of elected.

This plan allowed the lawyers lobby to take control of the bench, and of the accountability of the judges.

Corruption and abuse flourished especially in the family court where children are abused.

The Tennessee plan was supposed to sunset in June but thanks to some sneaky lawyers , it is still alive and well and will lead to a modification of the constitution.

As long as we allowed our representatives to play with our basic rights, we let the door open to the extremists and the Sharia law. Both don't love anything more than corruption and weakness. This is true,

Better wake up before it is too late

Dave, I want to know what to do when the FBI comes to my front door. The government has identified people like me in a homeland security document as right wing extremists who may have violent tendencies. Islamists have intimidated and/or misinformed people, organizations, government and law enforcement such that 'I am become suspect' for my views. Until the ideology and actions of islam are exposed, we who speak up will remain vulnerable.
