Mary Jackson
I remember the B-movie, just, though it was not called that. I once went to see Monty Python and the Holy Grail in Bolton. This was an old film, shown as an add-on - the real film, which I didn't care about, was Blazing Saddles. As it turned out, Blazing Saddles was very, very funny.
Sadly the Odeon in Bolton, where I snogged withmy first boyfriend in the backrow,is now a pile of rubble. There is a boring Multiplex in a nearby town. But cinema-going is by no means dead, and live screenings such as thisare an exciting new development.
