Today you will be escorting a tour bus of elderly Israelis. Please make them feel welcome and take them to places that won't be too hard on them physically, and that you know are safe for them to wander around in.

Oh, and about that group of Catholic tourists who want to fly to Malta to do a kind of Knights-Templar tour -- well, would you mind booking them and making sure everything goes smoothly for them. No stopovers if possible, and make sure the hotel they go to is wheelchair-accessible; some are in their 80s.

Travel agencies, hotels, airline ticket sales.

Why worry? Everything is tickety-boo.
