Is The Clock Ticking on Nuclear Iran? An Interview with Israeli Journalist Ronen Bergman Bookmark and Share

by Jerry Gordon (February 2012)

Ronen Bergman, Israeli intelligence and national security analyst for the major daily Yediot Ahronot, has set the clock ticking on whether the Islamic Republic of Iran will enter what Minister of Defense Ehud Barak has called “the zone of immunity.” That zone would be entered by Iran when it can first assemble and be capable of testing a nuclear device. At the recent Herzliya conference on strategic affairs, IDF military intelligence chief Maj. Gen. Aviv Kochavi told attendees that Iran had enough enriched uranium at the 20% level to make four bombs.  more>>>

PDK

Should Iran successfully achieve the bomb without the sane world doing something about it, not only will a rogue, and a dangerously insane fundamentalist Islamic state be capable of thermonuclear destruction, itself extra dangerous because it could trigger a larger thermonuclear exchange, but said achievement could and will embolden other fundamentalist rogue Islamic states to pursue thermonuclear weapons. This would be thermonuclear escalation, and worse, escalation involving insane Islamic states doing what Islam does, pursuing their superiority.

As an American, one who is in the know about Americas Commander in Chief, the President, I have reason to be concerned.

Americas current POTUS is an anti American, pro socialist pro Islamic Messiah, who not only favors the destruction of America, but favors the advancement of Islam. One can only hope he comes to understand just how dangerous a reality a nuclear armed Iran will be.

Unfortunately, Obama, like all liberals, pursues his illusion. This is dangerous and destructive.

One and done. Nobama 2012, vote republican. Thank you.
