In V S Naipaul's classic 'Among the Believers: An Islamic Journey', in which he visited Islamic Iran (just after the Khomeini restoration of the Shiite sharia state), Islamic Pakistan, Islamic Malaysia and Islamic Indonesia, there is a chapter - in the section on Pakistan - entitled 'Killing History'.
That is what Muslims do, and are doing, and what they fully intend to do across the entirety of planet earth.
Muslims everywhere, the more fully Islamic they are, are obsessively bent on killing history, killing memory, not only the memory and history of the hated Infidels everywhere on the planet, but also their own.
I don't think anyone can better John Quincy Adams' three-word summary of the fruits of Islam: 'desolation and delusion'.
