...keeping in mind that the Islamic definition of "prostitute" is a woman who does not wear a niqab, or who ventures out of her house in the presence of a male who is not a blood relative.
As with the clerics' statements condemning violence against "innocents", it has everything to do with the interpretation of the terms.
