London bus operator shows veil women lied.

I would be quite happy for a bus driver to refuse to accept a passenger until she did him and the rest of us the common courtesy of showing her face. However, those who suspected that the women who claimed that they were refused entry to the No 7 bus in Bloomsbury last week because of their veils were lying, were quite correct in their suspicions.

(Reuters) - The bus company at the centre of a row over claims that it denied two Muslim women entry to a bus because one of them was wearing a face veil has rejected allegations of discrimination.

Metroline said the two women were prevented from boarding the bus because they were abusive towards the driver and other passengers, not because of their dress.

CCTV footage of the incident shows the two women trying to board the No. 7 bus and banging on the door when it was not in service, Metroline said. The driver turned them away after they became argumentative and shouted at him, it added.

Hmmm. I think I begin to see why there was that other story, some time ago, about CCTV cameras to be covered up in a Muslim-inhabited area, so as not to upset the tender sensibilities of the Muslims.

I have added this most instructive little story to my rather large file entitled "Islam and Lying".

One hopes that in police academy, and in other places that train persons who will have dealings with the public, a new rule is imparted, sub rosa: "*whenever* you interact with Muslims, make sure you make and keep an *exact* record of everything that transpired - preferably an audio-visual record. Because...MUSLIMS LIE."
