As long as he repudiates the immoral stupidity of the last Archbishop on the matter of sharia he's alright by me

Speaking as a member of the Anglican Church in Australia, myself, I must say I am agog to see what, if anything, he has to say about the Mohammedan Mob.
He has worked in Nigeria, where the daughter Anglican church (fruit of 19th century mission) is huuuuge, and growing fast (like all the other churches) and is suffering terrible persecution from Muslims. He has had contact with his brother Bishops from northern Nigeria, who have themselves sometimes (like Archbishop Ben Kwashi) personally suffered physical violence from murderous Muslim sharia-pushers.
And he has also had a good deal to do with Canon Andrew White, 'the vicar of Baghdad'.
Furthermore, he is apparently a confirmed Francophile, speaks fluent French, and has lived in Paris. Is he or is he not aware of the Islamisation of France? Maybe NER should send him, upon his enthronement, a complimentary copy of Hugh Fitzgerald's essay 'Douce France'...
Are we getting a confused, deluded dhimmi-in-training, or someone who knows what's what?
Barnabas Fund and Caroline Cox's organisation should put him on the spot as soon as possible, to see what he knows and does not know.
I hope to God he has read the books of Canon Patrick Sookhdeo, and of Michael Nazir-Ali (formerly a fellow Bishop), and if I could ask him just one question, it would be this: "have you, sir, read Australian Anglican priest and scholar Mark Durie's book 'The Third Choice: Islam, Dhimmitude, and Freedom'? And if not, why not?"
Honestly, I'd be tempted to get a copy of Durie's book and send it to the Archbishop-designate myself, as an enthronement gift from one of his humblest Aussie fellow-pew-sitters, marked 'In the name of God, *read* this!'.
Update: I just went and did a little more digging. Oh dear oh dear oh dear. My God, he certainly does need to read Durie, fast, and get up to scratch: just read this article by him 'Is reconciliation with Islam possible?', and then tear your hair out...

I would also like to know what, if anything, he understands about the Jihad against the Jews, that is, the war to the death that is being waged by the Ummah or Mohammedan Mob, against the Jewish state of Israel. Is he going to bleat endlessly about the Pooor 'Persecuted' Palestinians [TM] and let the likes of Sabeel bend his ear? Or will he tell the EAPPI and the rest of the antisemites who pretend to love Jews whilst hating and trying to destroy the world's only Jewish state, to go take a flying leap?
This last question is particularly interesting because of something I came across just now.
His biography
www.archbishopofcanterbury.org/articles.php/2690/biography-justin-welby
includes this item: "His father's family were German Jewish immigrants who moved to England to escape antiSemitism in the late 19th century, and integrated quickly".
So he's descended from the Saturday people, on one side, and he's just been picked to lead a big bunch of the Sunday people. Targets painted on both the front and the back of his shirt.
As instructed, and with great fervour, I will recite - as instructed - the Prayer for the Archbishop of Canterbury Designate:
"God our Father, Lord of all the world, through your Son you have called us into the fellowship of your universal church:
"hear our prayer for your faithful people that in their vocation and ministry each may be an instrument of your love,
"and give to your servant Justin the needful gifts of grace:
"through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ".
To which I will only add: "Please, please, please, dear Father God, if this man has been dhimmified...I ask In the Name of Christ: DE-DHIMMI HIM!! Open his eyes! Grant to him spiritual discernment to see right through all the masks, snares, deceits, occult spells, delusions, false flattery, treacherous smiles, nonsense and lies of Islam and Muslims!"
