The BBC news has just described the murderer as,"a man in Afghan army uniform".

"He was well-known as being religious, and would lead prayers, acting as an imam".
Of course.
The more 'religious', the more openly and piously Muslim, the more dangerous.
Or ...the more obviously dangerous.
One encounters a Muslim in the full gang uniform, whether male or female, a Muslim who is obviously observant, and one knows - or ought to know - to be very, very wary of them.
The other kind - the clean-shaven male in the suit who isn't above having a beer now and then, the woman who dresses like a normal western woman and is either bare-headed or dons a flimsy wisp of a scarf as a nod to the classic Islamic Slave Rag - is harder to read, and actually more dangerous, because they might be someone on their way out of Islam, a closet apostate (as Ayaan Hirsi Ali was, as she gradually shed her Islamic cover-ups, along with all the other conditioning) but again, they might not. They might be concealing an enmity just as deep as that of this 'imam'...concealing it behind an infidel-friendly superficially or seemingly entirely-kafirized infidel-disarming exterior, all the better to achieve their ultimate goal.
And we will probably encounter more and more of the latter kind, as the wider infidel population wises up to the easily-spotted menace of the former.
