"allow for the expulsion of imams who carry out forced religious marriages'.
I hope that that one gets through; and that it is enforced.
Careful surveillance and information-gathering - perhaps with testimony from girls who did a bunk and fled from impending sharia 'marriages' , because they were in love with handsome Infidel Danish boys, and who have apostasised from Islam and perhaps even become Christians - could result in a LOT of imams, sheikhs, etc being booted from Denmark.
Gotta start somewhere. And any imam who is prepared to officiate at a nonconsensual 'marriage' (perhaps there should be an additional punishment for any imam who officiates at the 'marriage' of a girl who is under age) is probably an imam who is advocating all sorts of other aspects of sharia.
If this law is enacted, non-Muslim Danes should insist that it be consistently and rigorously and vigorously enforced.
And then, once the Authorities have gotten used to booting the imams, the Danish resistance to Islamisation can push for an additional measure: the expulsion from Denmark of the Muslim parents/ grandparents/ uncles/ aunts etc., who have arranged that forcible 'marriage' in the first place.
And anyone who officiates at or arranges and connives in the 'marriage' of an underaged girl - whether it is deemed to be 'forced' or 'unforced' - should be expelled; and that includes the - usually much older - adult male to whom the girl is found to have been 'married', or to whom the girl would have been married (if the little affaire is detected while still being a-plotted).
Oh, and let's throw in expulsion from Denmark for those caught officiating at, or arranging, or participating in, polygynous 'marriages'.
And those caught advocating or practising or attempting to practise FGM.
And those who advocate sharia-style wife-beating and marital rape.
And those who advocate or attempt or actually carry out 'honor' murders,
and those who advocate or attempt or carry out attacks upon apostates from islam, and upon critics of Islam ('blasphemers').
If rigorously and vigorously enforced, laws of this sort would get rid of a lot of Muslims from Denmark, and would probably deter others from entering.
