Tommy Robinson has just been given a 13 month prison sentence starting now for his livestream today. This is a death sentence for tommy. He is going to die in jail. This has to be stopped
Tommy was subject to a suspendend sentence from an earlier matter – this has probably also been invoked, hence the length of sentence, although the maximum sentence that can be imposed for this at the Crown Court is two years. Also 2 years at a Civil court, but at a magistrates court, only 28 days.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Im ashamed of UK courts & police!!!
This is of course and outrageous prosecution and sentence (as is the ban on reporting it in the UK – talk about the UK becoming a totalitarian state!). But why this claim that Robinson will die in jail? He is 35 and appears to be in reasonably good health. 13 months in a modern Western European jail should hardly be a death sentence (however unjust and shameful his incarceration is).
What evidence was used in court against Tommy? or was he sentenced on the hearsay of the Police?
I’m not sure about the sequence of events here—was Tommy sentenced for his actions today, or was he already scheduled to appear in court? Perhaps things will become clearer as the news gets out. In any case, it’s an outrageous sentence for what appears to be simple reporting of court proceedings—or was he just observing? Did he get a chance to present a defense? The British justice system seems to be able to act quickly when it wants to, with no lack of available police officers ready to arrest a peaceful citizen whose actions offend the powers-that-be.
In reply to Dennis, jail is extremely dangerous for Tommy. He has been attacked in jail previously—it seems that the authorities have a liking for placing Tommy in with Muslim prisoners and then turning their backs.
What I watched there seemed he done nothing wrong, all he did was walk up and down talking to the people who need to know what’s going on then gets arrested all police and courts are corrupted

Right, I have to be careful what I say.
No one can say what was said in court about Tommy as any local newspaper reporters who were allowed in (one covering a trial in the court next door, a shooting outside a Beeston kebab shop, tweeted that he thought the police behaved in an exemplary manner – he’s obviously after tickets to the next policeman’s ball) dare not say a word.
However an educated guess can be made. English courts are VERY VERY strict about no photography. I knew of a case, some years ago, of court staff being seriously reprimanded when they took a photograph of a colleague who was leaving in the courtroom, well after hours, as a memento. It was a sober formal pose with colleagues but even that was a breach. Therefore the very act of filming on court steps was enough; his motives, what he filmed, what he said were not necessary. The next time you see reporters filming outside a court note how many yards down the pavement away from the entrance they are. The burden of proof is the usual one for a criminal court, no jury was necessary as the judge would decide on fact as well as law, the evidence could have been the police, material on a phone, material streamed live stream to Facebook.
Caolan’s fear for Tommy’s safety in prison is probably based on the threats against him made in the past, that whatever prison(s) he will be held in will contain a disproportionate number of Muslim prisoners, many of whom will have a record of violence, if not jihad (cf Court 11 next door) who put a price on his head the last time he was committed to prison. Caolan would also have had in mind the matter of Kevin ‘Bunny’ Crehan who was given a similar length sentence for hanging a rasher on bacon on the doorhandle of a mosque. He was found dead in his cell 5 months into his sentence and the inquest date was set yesterday after receipt of the post-mortem report and several pre-inquest reviews. By the time Mr Crehan’s inquest takes place at Christmas he will have been dead for 2 years.
This is an absolute disgrace and yet another show of totalitarianism from our increasingly corrupt and cowardly government.
To Dennis who commented below; the reason people fear this will be a death sentence for him is that (depending on where he serves his time) he will be a marked man in prison from the twisted Muslims that he has done so well to speak out against.
This really does seem like a very deliberate ploy by our government to shut him up for good, because they are afraid of how much support he is starting to gather.

The reason it’s a death sentence is because you only have to look at the gentlemen who put a bacon sandwich at the steps of a mosque and was sent to prison for 12 months and was murdered by Muslim prisoners within 6 months. The same will happen to Tommy

The longer the politicians try to keep quiet about the shameful behaviour of SOME of our countries inhabitants,the more it looks like they are complicit in their actions. Check out on youtube the disgraceful manner in which Tommy and his children were forcibly removed by Police from a peaceful lunchtime meal in a pub.The landlady attempted to intervene stated they were no trouble and free to remain but was dismissed by police.Cambridge I think.He is being persecuted by the state.

This is indeed very worrying. I will pray for him (I know the non-religious think this is silly, but nevertheless, I will pray, and let’s just see what happens).
Perhaps – as the old Amnesty International (before it was hijacked by the Muslims) used to do, a bunch of relevant addresses (including that of the person/s in charge of whatever prison Tommy is put into), could be circulated, and then: *every week* officialdom could be deluged with letters inquiring after Tommy’s wellbeing. He himself could be posted a letter or a card every day.
People outside the UK could write letters to UK consulates and embassies, expressing horror at the putting of publicly-Islamocritical men like Tommy in amongst a general jail population dominated by murderous Muslims with the *obvious* possibility that they will be murdered by those Muslims, in jail.

Words cannot express the anger many people feel at the persecution of Tommy Robinson. We now live in a society where if authority and its henchmen like MSM and the police see someone as a dissenting voice, they are silenced. His arrest was for breach of the peace, clearly stated in the video by the police, yet MSM report it was for contempt of court? More fake news from those that refuse to report the truth.

He then commits another contempt of court at a major trial, which could have derailed the prosecution of the ‘Perps’ who have now, i’m reliably informed, made an application to abandon the trial because they cannot get a fair trial!

You scream abuse at people entering a court building whether defendants, solicitors or members of a jury whilst there is a court ban on proceedings on a major trial, then live stream that on youtube/twitter to your racist followers then accept the consequences. It takes courts years to look into a case of murder in a prison and then dismiss it, and it takes them minutes throw someone in prison to be murdered. By posting details of the proceedings of the Grooming Trial, which you said you were reliably informed of, doesn’t that put you in contempt of court too?
