AG Lynch: Terrorists are either Self-radicalized or Radicalized Overseas, Never Here

I have heard this same argument from members of the press for years. Muslims simply spontaneously radicalize or they come under the spell of overseas agents, or the internet reaches out and radicalizes them while they were minding their own business. This administration will never, ever admit the possibility of radical communities existing here, or that Muslim communities everywhere are generally supportive of the goals, if not the means, of terrorists. From the Washington Times:

U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch says the Justice Department is determined to work with the Muslim community in America to identify self-radicalized jihadists before they can harm other Americans.

“It is very important for us to maintain our contacts within the Muslim community because often individuals, if they’re from that community and they’re being radicalized, their friends and families will see it first,” Lynch told CNN’s Dana Bash.

“They will see the activity first and we want that information to come to us,” she repeated.

Well yeah, it would be nice…
