Thank god it was General Haftar in the role of Willie Sutton, and not those he is fighting. The money might have been seized by NATO forces back in 2011, and used to pay off the claims of individual victims of Qaddafy, around the world, and countries, too, that suffered because Qaddafy supplied local terrorists with weapons. But at least it’s now held by the least bad Libyans.
