It is 90 minutes short of midnight in England (and Scotland, Wales and Ireland, but I am in England, and so is this tree).
I don’t know what type of tree this is, just that I admire the shape and twists every time I visit this wood. Taken December last year.

Actually, if you really look closely, it’s a malevolent spirit.
Not in real life.
That bit of the wood has a lovely atmosphere. A bit odd at times, but not malevolent.
An excellent tree with lots of character. Perhaps you should take a photo of it in high summer, as well? Or have you already done that? We need a montage: spring, summer, autumn, winter: same tree in each season.
