Chain migration, eh? Then the chain should be traced, backwards, link by link by link and *every* link in the chain should be investigated.
Might be fun to require DNA testing to determine whether those *claiming* to be kin, within that chain or chains, actually *are*… or not.
Search their houses, businesses, and properties. Use sniffer dogs – look for drugs and explosives both.
Also: once all the within-USA links are identified: **find out what mosque or mosques they usually attend, or that lie within a 10 mile radius of the usual place of residence and/ or employment of said links**… and surprise-raid-and-search them, making sure to use army sappers (or army veterans who have done this sort of work in places like Afghanistan and Iraq, so they are familiar with the kinds of things that can be found in mosques, and the kinds of boobytraps and other special features of mosque architecture), and K9s.
Identify the entire network – which is probably interlinked with others – and root it up and turn it upside down and inside out and give it a good long shake to see what falls out.
Might be an idea to look for Muslim Brotherhood and/ or Tablighi Jamaat connections.
