On the presence of grooming rape gangs in London

An open letter to the Home Secretary and the Major of London from a selection of London Members of Parliament (Including my own) and London Assembly Members.  It is self explanatory. Five years ago, that elected representatives would publicly admit there was a problem was a dream. Is it too little too late?
