James Woolsey, Chairman of the Washington, DC –based Leadership Council of Foundation for Defense of Democracies on Global and Chancellor of the World Institute of Politics.  Ambassador Woolsey with discuss the findings of his recent series of discussions with European security echelons on the likelihood of more terrorist attacks in the  wake of the Paris and Brussels ISIS cell attacks. He will also present his views on problematic Russian provocations against US and NATO allies, especially in the Baltic Sea area.
