When Will Fareed Zakaria Be Called To Account For Deliberately Lying About Islam?

Here.

I[ve posted about this before, but the republication of his original piece (from January 12, 20150 at The Daily Star (Lebanon) today suggests he is unrepentant, and determined to keep flogging his wares. Fareed Zakaria claims that “the Qur’an doesn’t punish blasphemy.” But he knows the Qur’an is only one of the guides for Muslims. The other is the Sunnah, and the Sunnah consists, in written form, of the Hadith and the Sira. And he knows perfectly well — he can’t possibly not know, can he? — about the stories of those who mocked Muhammad, and were murdered by his followers. These include Asma bint Marwan, Ka’b bin Ashraf, and Abu ‘Afak. But Fareed Zakaria doesn’t want you to know that these examples — Muhammad either ordered their killing, or was pleased when a follower sua sponte decided to carry it out and reported back — are all “authentic” Hadith and not to be denied. He doesn’t want you to fully understand the texts of Islam, because it would be too eye-opening, and the obvious question would be, made to Fareed Zakaria and to others — how can you continue to call yourself, or let others think of you as, a Muslim? And why do you think it licit to misinform the public, when you have a duty, given the way you have managed to climb sammy-glickishly, ever upwards,  to properly instruct your still-unwary audience?
