For John Lloyd, It’s Up To Europeans To Show Restraint, To Understand Muslim Needs And So On

It’s up to Europeans, is the suave implication, to avoid “those who would divide us” like Nigel Farage, and Marine Le Pen, and Geert Wilders — even though they are not attacked directly. It’s up to the non-Muslims to find the way to deal with Muslims so as not to alienate them — for sous-entendu, it’s the actions and attitudes of non-Muslims that  must be attended to, must be adjusted, to sustain that “unity” that exists and is so important.

John Lloyd is not alone. Reuters has a slew of similar pieces. I’ve looked through them. Not one notes that no other immigrant group — not Hindus, not Sikhs, not Chinese, not people from South America, not sub-Saharan Christians — has caused the worry, has made the demands, has alarmed and disrupted every single Western society where they have been allowed in, as have Muslims. And it doesn’t matter if those Muslims come mainly from Turkey, as in Germany, or Morocco, as in the Netherlands, or Algeria, as in France, or Pakistan, as in the United Kingdom, and it doesn’t matter either what is the political history of the country in which those Muslims settle, including those countries, such as Denmark and the Netherlands, that have raised Tolerance to the level of a state religion — everywhere the Musliim population does not integrate, and cannot integrate, save among a few who essentially abandon Islam and become Muslim-for-identification-purposes-only Muslims, because Islam itself tells them “not to take Christians and Jews as friends,” tells them not to give any legitimacy to man-made laws, especially when the men in question are Infidels, and never to forget that they must remain hostile to non-Muslims and to work, in any way they can, to spread Islam, and to strive to conduct the “struggle” or Jihad — as a solemn duty — to remove all obstacles to the spread, and then the dominance of Islam everywhere.

The entire tone of this article shows an unwillingness to recognize this. And when one looks over the rest of the opinion pieces currently on offer at Reuters, they are all the same. They all refuse to discuss the contents of Qiur’an, Hadith, and Sira, they all refuse to note that everywhere in the world Muslims are in conflict with non-Muslims, they refuse to recognize that alone among the many immigrants so generously (and negligently) admitted to the countries of Western Europe and North America, the problems — permanent in nature because the texts are immutable, the teachings do not and will not change — presented by Muslims, and only Musljms, have to be discussed fully, openly, and truthfully. And this the john-lloyds of this world cannnot possibly do.
