If You Can’t Make My Day, You Can At Least Name It.

By Reg Green

Today, as every American male who has not been in a flower shop for twelve months knows, is the mother of all national name days. But so rapidly has the contagion spread that it is also National Eat What You Want Day, National Foam Rolling Day and World Ego Awareness Day. Yesterday was World Belly Dance Day and tomorrow will be National Nutty Fudge Day.
You’d think that by now every good cause and every nutty fudge interest group would have blanketed the calendar inches deep, But I have yet to find the one closest to my heart that I’m sure from time to time we’d all like to wish someone we know. It’s called National Have A Bad Day Day.
