Melbourne, Australia: Muslim Driver Mohamad Hassan Runs Red Light, Kills Two Women

All over the Infidel world there is a consistent pattern of Muslims exhibiting utter contempt for non-Muslim law and morality in every sort of way, both great and small.  Yes, non-Muslim drivers also speed, run red lights and run into people; but when the driver is a Muslim one cannot ignore the possibility that a contributing factor to the wilful – and deadly – lawbreaking is the contempt for Infidel rules and regulations that forms part of the atmospherics of Islam.  For more on the pernicious general effect of Islam and the antisocial behaviour – vis a vis infidels and infidel society  – that it tends to promote in its adherents one might consult Niccolai Sennels’ work “Among Criminal Muslims”.

‘Mohamad Hassan Faces Court Accused of Causing Fatal Attwood Crash’.

‘A young driver accused of causing a crash that killed two women in Melbourne’s north-west ran a red light and was travelling at more than 100 km per hour (i.e. was greatly exceeding the speed limit – CM) before the accident, a court has been told.

‘Mohamad Hassan, 20, has been charged with culpable driving causing death and dangerous driving causing death over the crash at Attwood on Sunday night.

‘Two women, Bozica Nikolic, 56, and Subha Deumic, 60, were killed.

‘Melbourne Magistrates’ Court heard that Hassan, who lives in Tullamarine but is originally from Lebanon (hm; how long ago did he arrive in Australia?  and why do we need any Mohamad Hassans from Lebanon or from anywhere else in the dar al Islam?  We have hoons aplenty of our own; why do we need to import extra? – especially when Islamic hoons also subscribe – unlike our own nonreligious variety – to an ideology that encourages active contempt for and wilful flouting of all laws and authorities except its own, and teaches its young to admire and emulate a ‘prophet’ who was a rapist, a slave-trader, caravan-robber and mass murderer. – CM) drove through a red light at an intersection before colliding with a small car and causing a catastrophic impact.

‘The court heard the crash was observed by one of the women’s daughters who was in a car behind them.

The speedometer of the car Hassan was driving was stuck on 130 km/ hour, while a dash-cam on another car clocked it at more than 100 km/ hour in an 80 km/ hour zone, the court was told.

The court heard he had previously been caught speeding, but it was his first time in custody.

Does he have Australian citizenship?  If he has residency only I would propose cancelling it and, once his sentence is served, giving him the boot, back to Lebanon. He should never have been admitted into the country in the first place.   We can get along swimmingly without him.  Not needed, not wanted.  – CM

‘Prosecutors opposed bail, arguing Hassan was a flight risk, even though his passport had expired.

Hm. – CM

‘But his defence lawyer said he had strong ties to his family in Victoria.

Pfffft.  i couldn’t care less for his ‘family ties’.  I wonder what the rest of the family is like, and how long they’ve been in Australia, and what sort of criminal record they have. – CM

‘Magistrate Kay Robertson told the court, “There is a risk of flight, there is a risk of further offending”, but granted bail with a $40,000 surety.

And our Mohamad Hassan, aged 20, and/ or his family, was able to stump up that much cash at short notice?  Hm. – CM

‘She said that risk could be reduced with strict bail conditions, including that Hassan report to police three times a week.

I wouldn’t trust him to comply with any conditions. Muslims, if they can get away with it, do not keep agreements made with Infidels.  He’s already broken a raft of Infidel laws. – CM

‘The magistrate also banned him from driving or being in the front passenger seat of a vehicle.

And how is that condition going to be policed? – CM

“That includes on private property and it includes if the car is parked”, she told the court.

‘The case returns to court in September’.

Let’s see what happens.  Anyone want to bet  that he flits?  – CM
