That title is not a literal translation of the French, but conveys the meaning, though not the implied contrast with how the Muslim immigrants to France today integrate, or refuse too, and instead maintain their ever-more-hostile distance, eagerly grab every benefit they can, and have no intention of usefully contributing to, or even trying to become part of, or even accepting the rules of, an Infidel and therefore illegitimate in the eyes of most Muslims, society.
