"Netanyahu To Speak At Right-winged Rally In Tel Aviv Sunday"

I just ran across this headline  – “Netanyahu To Speak At Right-winged Rally In Tel Aviv Sunday” — at the site of the Jerusalem Post. Not “Right-wing” but “Right-winged.” And had it been spelled “Right-wingèd” that would have made clearer the correct pronunciation (the levellers of the keyboard and computer don’t pay such things no never mind), and the accent better hints at an aileron’s flap. Some may be put in mind of the Wingèd Victory of Samothrace, or Wingèd Victory, or just plain, pulled-from-the-jaws-of-defeat untriumphant needing-the-support-of-other-parties lower-case but nonetheless victory.
