President Trump’s Return To His Former (superior) Decisions Regarding The Middle East During His First Term

By Gerald A Honigman

In late October 2024, I had serious heart palpitations due to, during the very week before the November elections, Donald Trump’s VP running mate, JD Vance, abruptly warning a repeatedly attacked Israel to not go after the Ayatollah’s nukes.

The atomic clock was fast ticking away as Arabized Aryan Iran repeatedly pledged, along with its Hamas, Hizbullah, Islamic Jihad, Houthi, and other Arab proxies, to completely obliterate Israel. It was within months of development of nuclear warheads for the large ballistic missiles Iran and some of its puppets were already blasting Israel with.

Israel knows Iran better than America does. It has to.

It understands the taqiyyah obfuscation Arabs and non-Arab Islamists use to stall for time and play the kafir infidels in the dhimmi West as fools.

But unlike Vance’s America, 3,000 miles wide with two vast oceans separating it from most enemies, Israel, by its 9-15 mile wide, 1949 UN-imposed Auschwitz/armistice lines, which requires a magnifying glass to locate on a world globe, can’t afford to play the waiting game while useless sham “deals” are being negotiated.

So, defying Israel’s best friend, America, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ignored President Trump and his isolationist VP (I don’t think Secretary of State Rubio objected), and concluded that the sole, resurrected, beleaguered, minuscule nation of Israel Reborn had no other choice but to act on its own behalf instead of waiting continuously in order to make the American President happy.

Later, after the dust settled, the President tried to make it seem like this was all really just part of his own game plan after all.

In just a few days, in Operation Rising Lion (of Judah), in June 2025, Israel wiped out Iran’s major radar and air defense capabilities in both Syria and Iran itself; eliminated key scientists, Iranian IRGC military leaders and Basij soldiers; and destroyed many of Iran’s nuclear facilities on its own.

Thus, when Trump finally realized that Israel could no longer play along with his never ending “deals” with its would-be executioners, he joined Israel in a wonderful move to use massive  bunker buster bombs to take out the main nuclear sites buried deep underground inside of a mountain.

Israel had made this move much safer for America by risking its own airmen’s lives via its massive destruction of Iran’s elaborate air defenses.

Yet Iran remains an ongoing problem today  because, despite the President’s pronouncements, even without nukes (for now at least), the genocidal mullahs are still in charge, murdering all who oppose them in Iran, and restocking ballistic missiles and other advanced weaponry with Russia, North Korea, and  China assisting.

What would happen if Iran placed poison gas in one of its large ballistic missiles and it got through Israeli air defenses, as some already have? Or on some lucky drones instead? Israel’s population is mostly concentrated in its vulnerable 9-15 mile wide waist area.

Sometimes regime change isn’t a bad idea.

We demanded and achieved it with Nazi Germany and imperial Japan after World War II, and proud democracies were created as a result.

Leaving this still much unresolved Islamist Iran problem behind, let’s move on to some other more positive news…

After finally realizing that there’s not a rat’s derrière’s difference between the rejectionist, Arab supremacist, butchers of Hamas or the allegedly pay to slay “moderates” of the latter day Arafatians in suits of Fatah’s Mahmoud Abbas, President Trump and his team have recently come up with what could very well be good alternatives for Arabs and Jews alike in both Gaza and Judaea and Samaria.

Understand that the territories were known as the latter above, long before Great Britain and Transjordan—itself created in 1922 from almost 80% of the original 1920 Mandate of Palestine—renamed them the West Bank after Transjordan (on the East Bank of the River Jordan), with British led officers under Glubb Pasha, attacked a nascent Israel in May 1948 and illegally seized those historically ancestral lands of the Jewish People, where Abraham purchased a burial plot in Hebron for the Hebrew Patriarchs and most of the Matriarchs almost 4,000 years ago, and the Prophet Samuel, 900 years later, anointed David king of Israel.

David was born in Bethlehem of Judaea— not the “West Bank.” Open the Gospels to discover where another famous Judaean, Yehoshua/Jesus, was also born a thousand years afterwards.

Does Matthew 2:1 cite Bethlehem as being in Judaea or the West Bank?

Is one of the last strongholds of Judaean resistance against Rome during the first revolt (66-73 C.E), Masada, overlooking the Dead Sea, in the Judaean Desert or West Bank Desert?

Get the picture?

The change in name is just another of many deliberate Arab and their accomplices’s ploys used to deny Jews their ancestral homeland. The very name of the Jewish People comes from the land of their ancestors: Judah/Judaea…Jew.

Open  Is that an Iudaea (Judaea) Capta coin up top, or a Palaestina capta one?

It was issued after the JEWS’s first of four major revolts for their freedom and independence against their mighty Roman and successor Byzantine oppressors.

Arabs arrived in Judea as a result of the same massive invasions pouring out of a fast desiccating Arabian Peninsula, literally in search of hundreds of millions of other peoples’s greener pastures, in Judaea, Egypt, Persia, India, sub-Saharan and North Africa, Kurdistan, Phoenicia, and elsewhere as well which they subsequently stole.

Arabs came as caliphal imperial, colonizing, setting, intolerant occupiers of other native peoples’s ancestral homelands, forcibly converting or massacring them, and then proceeded to have the audacity to claim the entire region and adjacent lands as being “purely Arab patrimony,” forever part of the Dar ul-Islam, never ever to revert back to kafir infidels (or hated dhimmi kilab yahud—Jew dogs— in particular). And to hell with anyone else’s rights.

What you’ve just read above, dear readers, is the real cause of the Arab-Israeli conflict.

President Trump has come up with some potentially promising ideas which may yet, if Hamas, the fake moderates of murderous PLO/PA/Fatah’s Mahmoud Abbas, and others like them can be supplanted by truly deradicalized Arab leaders that can be found to work with, yield a promising future for all in the region. See below…

Another recent promising move by the Trump administration came with Secretary of State Rubio’s crackdown on the other side of the terror coin, the latter day Arafatians of Fatah’s Mahmoud Abbas….

Among other things, for any lasting peace to arrive, radical changes must be made in the Arab education system where people besides themselves are given respect without a supremacist Arab mindset of conquered and conqueror in the region—and not only regarding Jews.

Druse, Kurds, Assyrian Christians, pre-Arab conquest identifying Maronite and other Lebanese, Copts, Indian Hindus and Sikhs, Buddhists, black Africans, Amazigh/Kabyle “Berbers” have alo been victimized and slaughtered in the name of Arabism.

Finally, as a possible alternative, there are indeed Arab rulers and people in Gaza and Judea and Samaria who apparently do want to live in peace with Israel. My account of this hopeful development follows…

  1. Readers can be excused for having their own “serious heart palpitations” as they encounter the “Ayatollah’s nukes” and “atomic clock .. fast ticking away” in this article. Short memories ensure that nonsense repeats itself: hence the June Iran-flavored WMD hoax.

Mr H’s subsequent rant is liable to cause severe nausea for anyone acquainted with the facts. Consider the phrase: “intolerant occupiers of other native peoples’s ancestral homelands … massacring them, and then proceeded to have the audacity to claim the entire region and adjacent lands as being “purely Arab patrimony,” … And to hell with anyone else’s rights“. Replace ‘Arab patrimony’ with ‘Jewish’ and you have an accurate description of Zionist colonization & terrorism leading up to the creation of the modern state of Israel in 1948.

Some facts. At the turn of the 20th century, Jews were a tiny minority of the population in Palestine. But the goal of Zionists was always to establish an ethnic Jewish state. That meant driving local Palestinians off their land and an aggressive policy of Jewish immigration. And these are the real roots of the conflict. Immigrants were inculcated with the belief that the “Land of Israel” had been given to them by God and belonged to them alone. Land acquisition was accompanied by accelerating violence during the early decades of the 20th Century. The violence blossomed into a full-blown insurgency fought by Jewish terror groups like Irgun, Haganah and the Stern gang (aka ‘Lehi’). Lehi fought against the British Mandatory authorities throughout the WWII.

Jewish terrorism was indiscriminate. Arab villagers were massacred. Public venues crowded with civilians were bombed. British soldiers were ambushed & murdered repeatedly; on one occasion, two captured soldiers were hanged by Irgun as a “reprisal”. Distinguished international dignitaries like Lord Moyne & Count Bernadotte were assassinated. Even Jewish refugees were not safe. And in the King David Hotel bombing, people from every layer of Palestinian society – as well as foreigners – died. The list of atrocities more than equals modern day Palestinian terrorism.

In short, the same sort of terrorism that today’s Netanyahu regime rails against brought the modern state of Israel into being. Three subsequent heads of the State of Israel were drawn from the leaders of the aforementioned terrorist groups: David Ben-Gurion (Haganah), Menachem Begin (Irgun) and Yitzhak Shamir (Lehi leader who served 2 terms as prime minister). Which might explain why modern day Israel refuses to abide by nuclear proliferation treaties, is contemptuous of international law, conducts assassinations far and wide on a whim & has not renounced ethnic cleansing. Plus ça change, plus c’est la même chose!

The current Netanyahu regime seem hellbent on killing the possibility of compromise, peace and a two-state solution forever. Even saying this is now apparently “antisemitic”. This last smear can be countered with the words of Albert Einstein and some of the other most distinguished Jews of the 20th century in their letter to the New York Times in 1948. The road to peace requires not only courage but a different sort of leader.
