SITREP: Could Sudan be the Cornerstone of the Caliphate in Africa?

Composed of Sudan, Chad, Central African Republic Niger and Mali

Just after the election of President-elect Donald Trump, Dr. Walid Phares, his principal advisor on Middle East Affairs, spoke before a group of American Sudanese Nuba émigrés in Washington, DC. Eric Reeves of Amnesty International wrote in a November 15, 2016 column in the Sudan Times about Phares’ statement.   1. I tried to look for the CVS of the writers and I get error. Are they real persons.
    The report proves itself incredible as it contains many contradiction like it names Sudan as the Islamic Republic of Sudan while it is called the Republic of Sudan and I think the word Islamic is inserted purposely to dramatise the report.
    The report talks about African tribes in Darfur while most of the tribes there are Arabs (if Arabs are those who speaks Arabic as all Sudanese )
    Sudan now is cooperating with USA in fighting terrorism in Libya and Sahara region by giving information and in some areas troops.
    You didn’t give the criteria of approving comments. So approval could be very selective.
