Something soothing and skilful

A video diary of autumn mowing tasks with a scythe. I don’t know who Richard Brown is, or where he lives, I can’t place his accent other than it is a rural one from south of the line between the Wash and the Bristol Channel. A friend recommended it and I’m glad he did. When my mother would give me the chore of cutting our garden grass on my hands and knees with shears I would have given a great deal for a cool scythe….
