T0mmy Robins0n in custody ahead of tomorrow’s Unite the Kingdom rally

T0mmy R0bins0n has handed his X account over to trusted admins. He returned to England earlier this week and was required to report to the police at 3pm this afternoon. Now he is in custody the admins will keep the public updated.

Tommy said earlier that tomorrrow’s rally is all organised and WILL take place, with or without him in person. It’s going to be an interesting day.

Update from the Admins

Just to clear up any confusion, Tommy has been remanded into custody until Monday for his CONTEMPT hearing. The court hearing could conclude that day, or possibly the day after. Tommy is due to appear in court on November the 13th to answer to terrorism charges – for not giving the police his pin and full access into his phone which has privileged journalistic information on it. This does not make Tommy a terrorist, it makes him an ethical journalist, one who protects his sources.

And one last clarification for now, Tommy has been charged under Schedule 7 of the Terrorism Act.
