Continuing my “deep dive” into the kind of cover that one leading western newspaper gives to Jew and Israel haters and to barbarian attacks on Israelis. Just imagine how the elites are indoctrinated as they read many thousands of words, day after day, year after year, in a venue that they trust above all others: The New York Times.

Yes, how my Home Town newspaper continues to Incite Jew and Israel hatred. They are obsessive about doing so. Thus,  I have obsessively begun to count the words which appear there, words which are meant to brainwash their readers into antisemitism/antizionism. All Palestinians, even terrorists, are innocent; all Israelis, even civilians, even babies, are guilty. Only Gazans are suffering and their sorrows are all due to Israel. The nearly 400,000 Israelis who have been displaced are non-existent, not shown.

I rely upon the NYT print edition so that I can see where they place their color photos, how big those photos are, whether the articles are on the front-page, and how many articles there are in a single issue. And, as bad as the NYT may be on this particular issue, The Nation, The New Yorker, Ha’aretz, etc. are even worse. Here’s my catch of the day.

In general, not an issue goes by that doesn’t have about 11,000+ words about Israel/Palestine/Gaza. When IDF boots are on the ground, that number almost doubled. For the five day period shown, there were a total of 72,908 words.

Friday, November 3, 2023

This edition features 17,695 words contained in 14 articles about Hamas’s war against Israel. This represents 38% of the total number of articles in this issue. Featured on the front page is a large satellite image of the IDF destruction in Gaza; it runs for half of the front page. In total, there are 23 images in this issue relating to the war. One article is about Pallywood. It is a stand-alone exception. There is one letter to the editor about what tearing down the posters which feature the kidnapped Israelis means. Below, please find all the links and titles to these articles.

Thursday November 2, 2023.

This edition included a total of 11,799 words on the war against the Jews. The NYT has three front page stories about Gaza and Israel, all of which continue within for approximately two full pages. There is a color photo on the front page which is four columns across depicting Gazans at the Rafah crossing on their way out. There are nine articles altogether today, including a page long map of IDF positions in Gaza and an op-ed piece by Kristof titled: “Our Shared Humanity.” This issue has 20 photos.

Sunday, October 29, 2023

This issue included a total of 20,542 words on Hamas’s terrorist war. There were 14 articles in all including 5 op-ed pieces. Once Israel entered Gaza, the coverage here nearly doubled. The frontpage almost always has a large color photo of destruction in Gaza or suffering Gazans.

Friday, October 27, 2023

This issue included eight articles which totaled 11,046 words. As Israeli troops entered Gaza the New York Times nearly doubled its coverage of Hamas’s war against the Jews. The Friday addition also included a full page advertisement for Hamas, titled Gazaispalestine.com.

Thursday, October 26, 2023

This issue included a total of 11,826 words which were contained in nine articles.

  1. My local papers (NZ) practise a diversion tactic. They publish op eds or letters to the editor that are critical of Israel but the next issue where contrary views could be expected is full of stuff on traffic and potholes.

  2. The Kappos writing for NY slimes ought to offer themselves up as human shields for hamas in Gaza. The NY slimes has a long sordid history of antisemitism.

  3. The Choosing-to-be Chosen People, whether Jew, Christian, Buddhist, Atheist, Agnostic, Deist, Taoist, Abdul Ghaffar Khan Muslim, Hindu, Jain, … are serving their purpose for our dimwitted benefit.
They are taking the heat, the focus of hate, to give us time to defend ourselves and offend our oppressors.
