The Water Crisis In Iran

Here.

If the country of Iran can’t support the current population, where will the tens of millions of Iranians (“50 million” the Deputy Minister claims in the article) who will “have to migrate” go? Who will take them in? No Sunni country will do so. Possibly Syria, if the regime still holds on, to replace those Sunnis  who have left Syria and now live in Turkey, Jordan, and Lebanon.

  1. I wonder how much of the crisis is attributable to population growth, how much to climatic changes, and how much indirectly to islam itself. The desertification of North Africa over the past 2000+ years didn’t really begin until those lands were conquered by the muslim horde.
