Woodrow Wilson and Mother’s Day

What a dilemma for the students and faculty of Princeton University?

Do they know that it was Woodrow Wilson who in 1914 issued a presidential proclamation that officially established Mother’s Day to celebrate America’s mothers?

He said it was “a public expression of our love and reverence for the mothers of our country.”

As part of their hatred of Wilson will they now call for the abolition of Mother’s Day?.
