It’s the New York Times Vs.Israel Again…So What Else Is New Under The Sun?

By Gerald A. Honigman
.
These New York Times latest one-sided assault against Prime Minister Netanyahu and Israel once again accuses Israel of cold hearted, deliberate attacks against “innocent” Arab civilians
.
For some comparison, after America was caught off guard at Pearl Harbor drawing it into WW II, we pursued our Japanese enemies with very little regard for “collateral damage” in our bombing raids on Japanese cities, culminating in nuking Hiroshima and Nagasaki to end the war. By the way, the Japanese had their own prior grievances against American too.
.
Hundreds of thousands (or more) of innocent Japanese civilians were slaughtered as a result.
.
Unlike Israel, America and the Allies didn’t drop millions of leaflets, make thousands of phone calls, or do anything else to forewarn their enemies’s innocents.
.
Ditto for the campaign against Nazi Germany—fire bombings of major civilian and industrial centers, etc
.
At the end of the war, we and the Allies demanded Total Victory and Surrender from our enemies.
.
Not so for Jews, however. They’re not allowed to win wars. They’re just supposed to settle for the age-old “special treatment@ the Gentile world allocates to them.
.
After 9/11/2001, we didn’t ask permission of Pakistan, Afghanistan, or anyone else to pursue Osama bin Laden, al-Qaida, or whomever. Countless civilians were killed by us then as well. And no leaflets were dropped either.
.
Israel is a mere speck on a world globe, surrounded by truly genocidal existential enemies who unabashedly declare that their goal is the total obliteration of the resurrected Jew of the Nations and massacre of Jews anywhere and everywhere.
.
Israel has repeatedly been described by media outlets like the New York Times as being unreasonable, expansionist, overly aggressive, borderline genocidal, and so forth—turning truth on its proverbial head..
.
After putting up with repeated massacres of its people by Fatah, Islamic Jihad, other factions of the PLO, Hamas, and having to fight wars against major Arab nations and Iran intent of winning back the ancestral homeland of the Jewish People for the Dar ul-Islam, Israel finally said …
.
No More..
.
It overdosed on living constantly under threat of annihilation.
.
The Gaza war—the latest, that is—is still going on because “ordinary” Arabs elected an organization to power which has a charter calling for Israel’s absolute destruction.
.
Hundreds of “ordinary Arabs” joined Hamas’s bloodlust on October 7th, 2023, microwaving infants and beheading them;.tying families together and burning them alive; gang raping and mutilating Jewish females of all ages; etc. and so forth…See here:
.
The equivalent of almost 40,000 American civilians were wantonly massacred that day, another 260 or so dragged as captain into Gaza tunnels, where many were murdered, caged, starved, became sex slaves, etc.
.
Unlike 3,000 mile wide America, with two vast oceans separating it from most enemies, once again, Israel is a 9-15,mile wide zipper of a state.
.
Unlike the NYT report, Israel has no “allies” in Europe, and its closest friend, America, claims Arab nations like Hamas-supporting Qatar are its close allies as well
.
So, in the end, Israel must rely on its own willingness to take the criticism, act as best as possible to limit the suffering of its enemies’s innocents (just the opposite of how those folks treat itself), and carry through this war, which it obviously did not want, to absolute victory, just as we did in World War II.
.
By the way, Japan and Germany did not seek the total destruction of America or slaughter of our innocents. They sought victory, conquest, and control of land
.
As  too often in four millennia of recorded and corroborated Jewish history, the enemies Jews face aim for total annihilation.
.
With such enemies, ceasefires only give them time to regroup, rearm, and gather more support among fellow Jew-haters elsewhere, which two  thousand years of religiously inspired antisemitism and “woke” Left of Lenin indoctrination and politics provide an abundance of.

  1. The only reason the New York Times is speaking out timidly about Israel now is that, notwithstanding the targeted killings of journalists on the ground, social media censorship & antisemitism smears, the rampant barbarism of the Netanyahu regime can no longer be concealed. And as with omissions such as covid, Biden’s dementia & the Russian Hoax a reckoning will arrive soon for the media. For the fact is that Netanyahu’s Israel is out of control now.

Mr Honigman’s bluster verges on paranoia. Unpleasant truths about the history of Israel are artfully omitted. And no mention of the Nakba of course. Also, needless to say, just in case anyone might have the temerity to question what’s being done in Gaza in the name of Israel, the article includes an “antisemitism” victim warning to deter them. Unfortunately, like “racism”, “islamophobia”, “homophobia”, etc. etc. it no longer carries much weight. Not even with the NYT.

The above is a partial answer to “Arthur” (would be nice to know full name since he knows the author’s) one-sided obvious animus towards anything Israel or Jewish leaders who don’t submit to baring the necks of their innocents to anyone’s desires.

Read “Berber Autumn” and pay close attention to quotes from the victims of Real Genocidal actions courtesy of Arabism…
